BLD Services LLC is a general contractor that purchased the lateral lining division of Insituform Technologies, Inc. in January of 2009. Since this acquisition, BLD has grown to employ 33 rehabilitation crews making us the largest CIPP lateral lining contractor in the world. These installation crews service the eastern portion of the United States and have successfully installed more than 100,000 laterals in the last 10 years.
