JT began his career in the trenchless industry by working part time on a BLD crew in Baton Rouge while attending college. He graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with a degree in Industrial Technology. In 2015 he was promoted to Lateral Lining Superintendent and ran his own crew from 2015 – 2018, and today he is the Regional Manager for the Gulf South states overseeing 6 to 7 crews on a daily basis.
