Mr. Vinson serves as Project Manager for CIPP lateral lining projects in the Central States, including: IN, IL, KY, WI, MN, KS, MO, and is responsible for developing, overseeing and coordinating the operations of BLD’s CIPP lateral lining crews. Breck comes with more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry and specifically 15 years in trenchless sewer rehabilitation, estimating, and management.  Prior to joining BLD, Breck had a career with Layne/Granite Inliner where his duties included estimating, executing contracts, and managing a large portfolio of CIPP lining projects ranging from 6″ to 72″ in diameter.
