Nicole began her career in the wastewater industry in 2003 as Office Manager for AUI LLC, an SSES company, at their Florida satellite office. From there, she moved into Business Development for the Florida market and was responsible for developing and fostering long-term business relationships with new customers and increasing margin growth with existing clients. As part of the BLD family, Nicole found her niche in the role of Inbound Marketing Manager including web development, content marketing, SEO manager, and social media, as well as lending support to BLDs Project Management team. As an active member of FWEAs Collection System Committee, Nicole is inspired to educate people on the positive impact a healthy wastewater system has on the environment and community.
