“BLD Services has been working as a contractor in Jefferson Parish for more than 9 years.  During this period, BLD’s Underground Construction division has done a wide variety of projects that have included the rebuilding of pump stations, point repairs, installation and rehabilitation of manholes/catch basins, and directional drilling.  BLD’s Trenchless Rehabilitation division has successfully installed hundreds of their CIPP laterals within the Parish.
